If a customer cancels two or more orders, doesn't receive their order, or cancels orders totaling more than 2000 EGP, they will be required to pay online or via InstaPay for their next purchase to ensure sustainability.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging with original labels attached.
Damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refund/exchange delivery, dry cleaning, and packaging fees are 150 EGP.
We transfer the refund via InstaPay, mobile wallets, or bank accounts upon receiving the returned package.
Defective Products
We have strict quality control, but if you receive a defective item, you’re entitled to an immediate refund or exchange at no extra cost.
Exchange Timeliness
All our products are intimate; therefore, it’s appreciated if exchange requests are made within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure hygiene and safety for everyone.
Repair Services
If your item develops a tear or any defect after 14 days (and within 3 months), we offer repair services for a delivery & maintenance fee of 300 EGP, provided the item is repairable.
Order Modification
Due to high demand and operational constraints, we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. If you need to make changes to your order, we will have to cancel it, and you can then place a new order with your preferred items.
Blacklist Policy
Customers who cancel more orders than they receive will be automatically blacklisted for sustainability reasons.
We can only process their orders if they pay online; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
To be removed from the blacklist, customers must receive more orders than they cancel and pay them online.
